The molten aluminum is put into the mold through the chute to make aluminum ingots of different specifications, the general size can reach 4.4mx1.4mx0.45m. The large aluminum ingots are transported by the crane to the planer for special use, and the surface is smoothed and enters the next process Process.

The next process is the hot rolling process. The temperature of the rolls is between 455°C and 540°C. After rolling over and over again, the large aluminum ingot is pressed into an aluminum plate with a length of 9 meters and a thickness of 5 cm.

Next, cold rolling is performed to roll the aluminum plate to the thickness required by the customer.
