Allowable deviation of aluminum sheet thickness

The allowable deviation of aluminum sheet thickness is clearly stipulated in the Chinese national standard GB/T3880.3-2006 “General Industrial Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy sheets and Strips Part 3: Dimensional Deviations”:

1. Aluminum sheet width is less than or equal to 1000 mm

The allowable error of the thickness of A type aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.14 mm, and the allowable error of the thickness of type B aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.15 mm

2. Aluminum sheet width is greater than 1000 mm and less than 1600 mm

The allowable error of the thickness of A type aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.17 mm, and the allowable error of the thickness of type B aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.18 mm

3. When the width of the aluminum sheet is greater than 1600 mm and less than 2000 mm

The allowable error of the thickness of A type aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.22 mm, and the allowable error of the thickness of type B aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.23 mm

4. Aluminum sheet width is greater than 2000 mm and less than 2500 mm

The allowable error of the thickness of A type aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.19 mm, and the allowable error of the thickness of type B aluminum sheet is plus or minus 0.19 mm

5. Aluminum sheet width is greater than 2500 mm

The thickness tolerance of all types of aluminum sheets is plus or minus 0.19 mm.
