2014 Specification for heat treatment of aluminum sheet
1) Homogenizing annealing: heating 475 ~ 490℃; Keeping warm for 12-14h; Furnace cooling.
2) Complete annealing: heating 350 ~ 400℃; The insulation time is 30 ~ 120min depending on the effective thickness of the material. At the speed of 30 ~ 50℃/h, the furnace is cooled to 300℃, and then air cooled.
3) Rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 460℃; Holding time 30-120min; Air cooling.
4) Quenching and aging: quenching 495 ~ 505℃, water cooling; Natural aging 96h at room temperature.
Status: Aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded bar (≤22mm, H112, T6 state)
