1050 metal aluminum sheet plate belongs to a commercially pure wrought family with a purity of 99.5% Aluminium( over 99.0% ). Except for Al, 0.4% of Fe is added to 1050 aluminum plates, thus, they have high electrical conductivity. 1000 series aluminum group offers the best correction resistance compared to any alloy group, and so does the 1050 aluminum sheet.
1050 aluminum sheet, temper O~H112, thickness 0.2mm-350mm, widely used in printing aluminum sheets and PS plates.1050 aluminum sheet belongs to the commercially pure wrought family with a purity of 99.5% Aluminum. Features of 1050 alumiuinm plates
- 1050 grade al, which belongs to pure aluminum series, has high ductility and reflectivity.
- 1050 alu sheet is a non-heat treatment alloy, which is enhanced by cold working, and has excellent cold workability, solderability and weldability.
- Compared with metals with higher alloy content, aluminium grade 1050 mechanical strength is lower, so 1050 aluminum alloy is well suitable for chemical and electrolytic brightening but not in casting.
- The surface of aluminum sheet 1050 can be anodized.
- Aluminium 1050 sheet has medium strength and excellent processing technology makes 1050 aluminum sheet have a wider range of applications.
Advantages
- 1050 aluminum sheet has good forming characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity;
- Long service life, low cost and high recovery value;
- The processing technology of 1050 aluminum sheet is mature, and the price has a great advantage compared with other series of alloy aluminum sheet;
- It has 6 semi-continuous casting production lines, 10 continuous casting and rolling production lines and 44 other large-scale processing equipment.

For its content above in the chart, 1050 aluminium sheet has high ductility and high reflective finish. Besides, 1050 aluminum sheet is non-heat treatment series is produced in extruded sections. It has excellent cold workability, braze-ability and solder-ability, and it is strengthened by cold working. However, 1050 aluminium sheet has low mechanical strength compared to more significantly alloyed metals. All of these characteristics make 1050 aluminium sheet well suited to chemical and electrolytic brightening but not in casting. Last but not least, moderate strength and good anodizing quality enables our products has a vast application.
