F state production cycle is very short: plate slice – saws – polishing (also can not be polished, according to customer requirements) – packaging, the whole process is arranged smoothly for 3 days, F state mechanical properties do not do specifications, customers according to their own needs can be F state of heat treatment processing, production into the required state of use. The relative price is also the cheapest

O state is the lowest strength processed product of 6061 aluminum alloy after complete annealing. Suitable for 6061 aluminum alloy less than 8 of the sheet, its production process: cold rolled product thickness stretching bending correction – complete annealing – flying shear slice (or pull bending straightening finished product) – packaging into a series of production, the production cycle is second to the state of T6

Application of 6061 alloy aluminum sheet in automobile chassis
