F state is the free working state of 6061 aluminum alloy, which is suitable for special products in the forming process for working hardening and heat treatment conditions. F state production cycle is very short: plate slice – saws – polishing (also can not be polished, according to customer requirements) – packaging, the whole process is arranged smoothly for 3 days, F state mechanical properties do not do specifications, customers according to their own needs can be F state of heat treatment processing, production into the required state of use. The relative price is also the cheapest
O state is the lowest strength processed product of 6061 aluminum alloy after complete annealing. Suitable for 6061 aluminum alloy less than 8 of the sheet, its production process: cold rolled product thickness stretching bending correction – complete annealing – flying shear slice (or pull bending straightening finished product) – packaging into a series of production, the production cycle is second to the state of T6
Application of 6061 alloy aluminum sheet in automobile chassis
The chassis is the main frame of the bottom of the vehicle. The power parts of all vehicles, including engines, axles, gearboxes, differential and suspension systems, are mounted on the chassis.
