Heat dyeing takes a relatively short time, but the color is difficult to control. The temperature of thermal dyeing is usually 40-60℃. 4. Master the concentration of the dye solution.
The concentration of 5052 aluminum plate is related to staining. If the aluminum plate is dyed a light color, the concentration can be lower and the dark color can be higher. Usually, the lighter color of aluminum sheet material is 0. It’s 1-0. 39g/L, the light color is 1g/L, the dark color is 3-5g/L, and the strong color is 10-15g/L. If the dyeing concentration is high, the color will be uneven or floating, and it is easy to appear “color flow” when cleaning and closing. In order to enhance the absorption of dyeing, a low concentration of color will be used for extended dyeing, so that dye molecules more evenly penetrate deeper into the pores of the oxide film, dyeing color will be more harmonious and firm.
